Free Toilet Installation for Seniors

The Broward Water Partnership has joined forces with the

Minority Builders Coalition’s Home Touch Program to offer FREE

installations on approved high-efficiency toilets to eligible seniors.

This initiative, alongside our $125 Toilet Rebate Program, aims to

help seniors save water and lower their water bills.*

*Free installations are on a first come, first serve basis while program funding is available. Don’t delay, apply today!

Here's How to Apply

Check to see if your community is participating by clicking the check eligibility button, then enter your address into the service area map.

Check how much water your toilet uses. Rebates are available for your old toilets that use 1.6 gallons per flush or more.

Complete the rebate application and if approved, you will receive an approval email with the next steps to purchase your new, high-efficiency toilet(s)! Be sure your toilet is WaterSense® certified and save your receipt! (Please note there is a 2 toilet limit for the $125 rebate and free installation)

Once approved, a representative from the Minority Builders Coalition will call to schedule your free installation.
*Property owner may be responsible for permitting fees.
